If you guys get this right… To say that it would be huge is an understatement.

I think of design and development teams as the earth and the moon. Tightly integrated, influencing each others tides and seasons, but totally separated by a gulf of darkness and seeming nothingness. Currently, for an individual to bridge that gap takes weeks and years of learning and focus, drifting in the in-betweenness of space. You gradually drift closer to understanding the other side, only to get there and realize that your journey has taken you farther away from home and that you’ve only just reached the surface of an alien planet. Collect your rocks and turn around.

Metaphors aside, if this tools works, my personal barrier to entry of learning to code would torn down. I can’t tell you how much time is spent trying to explain the minutia of what a constraint one way or another should behave like on this screen and that. In reality, it would be better if instead of documentation, I was able to build the thing myself, and hand it off for API and database work.

I’m rooting for you.
